Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start time are non-refundable.

• No-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

• Tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.
